The Frost-a-tiers winter/spring meeting was a preview of St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. Edna’s “Celtic Cake” won the design theme challenge. Refreshments included shamrock rice cereal treats and Guinness beer brownies. Inspired by the beauty of Irish lace, Kathy did a demo on edible lace.
